Hi, I’m Rachel

I’m Rachel, and I’ve been where you are—overwhelmed, burned out, and questioning who I was every time life threw me a curveball. Trying to feel like I belonged, I switched up my style, networked and started friendships with endless ambition, but quickly realized that trying to prove my worth to everyone I met wasn’t sustainable. After hitting burnout, I knew I had to find a different way.

Through trial, error, and a lot of learning, I discovered the secret to finding myself, making real friends and attracting the right tribe, and I’m here to help you do the same.

Just a girl who believes that good cry and a long talk with a friend can fix almost any problem.

I knew I had to help other women avoid the same.

I REMEMBER THE MOMENT I DECIDED I NEVER WANTED TO FEEL SO LOST AGAIN. ONCE I OVERCAME THAT STRUGGLE,

Now, I support countless women from California to Canada, Australia to Argentina, the UK to the UAE, helping them build unwavering self-belief and magnetize their own version of a tribe —without sacrificing themselves along the way.

From burned out and lonely to confident & connected

MY JOURNEY TIMELINE

2011

Married my highschool crush and we moved across the world. For the first time I felt completely alone and without a support tribe to call on for companionship, purpose and opportunities. But I quickly realized isolating myself would be the worst thing I could do for my mental health and future.

After taking time to focus on who I was, and what I wanted, I redefined what having a tribe meant to me. I began building friendships on my own terms, and started to grow my social circle sustainably.

2013

My confidence took a serious hit when I gained 30 lbs from a hormone imbalance. I launched a Marketing business that same year and had to learn to separate my physical appearance from feeling worthy of being liked, appreciated and successful.

2017

When the world shut down, people longed for connection more than ever. Having only the internet to keep growing my business (and my tribe) pushed my social skills and self-confidence to a new limit. I figured out how to grow my social circle digitally and landed business partnerships with American Express, Sephora, Ulta, and Target!

2020

2024

By 2024, my husband had unexpectedly passed away… I had moved 7 times in the last 15 years… I had launched a business and experienced a severe hormone imbalance that caused my appearance and weight to change.

I had learned the most valuable lesson of my life: I am not the only person going through these types of struggles. Everyone experiences ups and downs. But through it all, I knew how to never lose myself — and that ability is what can keep us women confident and magnetic — no matter what life throws our way.

2025

Life has shown me that meaningful relationships are the only thing that can keep you going when everything feels hopeless — and the most meaningful relationship of all is the one you have with your true self. You deserve to experience the life-changing security that comes from knowing who you are and attracting the right people & opportunities.

To help you on your growth journey I wrote three eBooks on building self-confidence, redefining your style, and attracting your dream social circle, launched a podcast all about deepening relationships, and am currently writing a book about the repeatable 3-step process for finding yourself and staying magnetic, no matter what life throws your way! Let’s go on this journey together!

Fun facts about me

  • By the time I was 30 I’d visited 35 countries… And I found out all people are the same. We all crave to be seen.

  • I’ve won two pageant titles as an adult… For brains… not beauty! Both of my titles (“Ms International Entrepreneur of the Year 2023,” and “Ambassador Ms International 2022”) were earned from my entrepreneurial and charity work contributions.

  • My childhood education consisted of private tutors and going to Christian school-based classes. I ended up attending two different universities as an adult, but I never had a traditional “school” experience before then.

  • I loved reading as a kid but never did that well in my literature or English classes… which ended up making me a pretty good writer! I write the way I talk and it turns out that makes for much easier reading because it feels like we’re having a conversation. I’d much rather us be friends than use fancy words.
